The client's brief was clear-clean lines and shapes, contemporary styling, with a warm, welcoming and homely feel. The aim was to give the apartment a very simple, stylized, elite feel. Each space and element has been carefully designed and detailed, with the straight line forms of the furniture as the unify vocabulary in the apartment. The use of veneer and marble gives space an elite, classy, feel the brings a lot of warmth to the apartment. In this apartment every bedroom, therefore, is differently designed; with furniture layout, elements, colors and details to complement individual needs. Since the brief was to design a contemporary interior for the high-end home, the challenge was to strike a balance between aesthetics and functionality. The effort towards providing an innovative design solution has resulted in the creation of intimate and distinctive areas through efficient space-planning, and with the clever use of elegant materials and finishes.
